At Lanciotti de Verzi, we believe a quality shoe deserves a second life. This is why we offer an exclusive repair service dedicated to our
most loyal customers: a specialized procedure, performed directly in our workshops, designed to renovate well-worn shoes and restore their
beauty, comfort, and dignity.
What are the service costs?
The service is free in most cases. If replacement of the worn sole is necessary, a contribution will be requested to cover only the processing costs.
For an initial assessment, we invite you to send us detailed photos of your shoes, specifying any particular requests.
After an evaluation,
you will be contacted with the price estimate and further instructions.
What is the timeline?
Regenerating a shoe with care takes time: on average 6–8 weeks,
necessary to meet the artisanal standards that set us apart.
Each timeline is assessed based on the specific condition of the shoe.
Only after confirmation will you be able to proceed with shipping, which we recommend you do via a trackable service with signature upon delivery to ensure its safety.
