Orders take two business day to be dispatched after payment’s notification and confirmation.

The item will ship to the delivery address mentioned by the customer during registration process on the store.

Personal data and delivery address information may be monitored and checked by Lanciotti de' Verzi at any time.

Shipment of products to Italy is free for orders of 120€ or more
International shipping costs will be periodically updated on our store lanciottideverzi.com.
Shipping is processed on advanced payment, according to the payment and shipping method

For administrative and logistical reasons, the customer is asked to provide a phone number during registration if he or she has got any.

In some cases Lanciotti de Verzi is allowed to cancel an order: personal data are not correct; previous noncompliance (insolvency or delinquency) toward Lanciotti de Verzi conditions; unavailability of thre items for any reasons in our storehouse or for incompatibility with the company policies and economic interests.

WHERE WE SHIP

Lanciotti de Verzi can ship in the following zones usually via GLS and DHL courier companies.

Unfortunately delivery towards APO/FPO post codes areas are not available (American bases).

SHIPPING COST

Italy: Free for orders from 120€

TACES

VAT fees are included in the price of the order.

EUROPE

DDU shipping (Delivery Duty Unpaid) is not available toward extra-EU Countries. Price of orders ship toward extra-EU Countries are VAT free, therefore Customer may be surcharged for import reasons.

REST OF THE WORLD

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipment is used in all other countries.

DISPATCH TIME

Lanciotti de' Verzi’s dispatch will be from Monday to Friday 8.00 to 12.00 am upon "order confirmation".

Weekend orders’ dispatch will be the next Monday morning.

Dispatch is not available during public holidays.

Italy: delivery is completed in 2-4 business days. It may takes more in exceptional circumstances.

Europe and Rest of the World: in standard contition delivery is completed in 3-6 business days (upon custom circumstances)

DELIVERY STATUS

As soon as the item is dispatched, you will receive a DELIVERY CONFIRMATION email from the Courier with a Delivery Number that can be use to track the item’s delivery process.

You can check the status of your delivery in THREE WAYS:

Delivery Confirmation e-mail: by clicking on the "Tracking" by clicking on the e-mail.

Courier Website: you can check the "Track your shipment" area of the courier website using the Package ID Code you have received the the delivery confirmation e-mail.

Lanciotti de' Verzi Account: click on "My account" link on lanciottideverzi.com, then in "Latest Orders" (ultimi ordini). There you can check the detailed status of the delivery.

Delivery policy

Items are usually delivered from Monday to Friday, over the whole day, to street level, unless an additional service has been added to the shipment, which entails delivery at a given time, or according to given specifications.

Whether the addressee is absent at the time of delivery the courier will leave a delivery attempt notice to be used by the Customer to get in contact directly with the Courier.

Note: a second delivery attempt will be done by the Courier the day after at the same time of the first attempt. After 2 days, form the first delivery attempt, in case of missed pick-up of the order by the Customer, the Courier will initiate the return procedure.

The return costs will be charged to the Customer. In this event the Customer will not be refunded of the order price.

LOST PACKAGE

If you have not received the item in one week time after delivery confirmation e-mail, please notify to our customer by writing an email to info@lanciottideverzi.it or by filling the form in the "After-sales service" area of our store.
